In June ASCI launched our new youth program Global Youth Leaders with a summer leadership camp. The pilot camp was attended by 21 Aurora youth who participated in a week of activities focused on the 5 C’s: Character, Citizenship, Communication, Creativity, and Culture. A big thank you to Kelly Shorb for leading the camp and to Jane McGrath for volunteering her years of experience.
Global Youth Leaders is a continued effort to give Aurora youth opportunities to gain skills and experience vital to success in this global world.
