Join a group of 20 Aurora, Centennial and Denver students aged 14-18 and participate in a 14 day youth exchange to visit Costa Rica and our sister city, Jaco! Aurora’s first sister city, Jaco, is a popular tourist destination for both Costa Ricans and international travelers. The amazing beach offers a variety of activities and the rain forest is about 20 miles away. Youth will participate in community service projects, wellness activities and learn more about the culture and youth of our amazing sister city from June 23th to July 7th, 2020. Applicants can apply for scholarship funds to cover the $3,000 trip cost, which includes airfare, lodging, transportation and most meals. Participants will be required to attend 6 pre-travel orientations. The deadline to apply if November 8th.
