Natural Helpers Program Training

PARTNER EVENT. The Office of International and Immigrant Affairs and the Aurora Welcome Center are pleased to announce the first free training to be held here in Aurora. “Natural Helpers are volunteers from the local community who have the desire to help their fellow immigrants and refugees in the process of integration into receiving communities.” These community volunteers will receive a unique and innovative training designed specifically for Aurora to prepare them to be successful in their helper’s role. Natural Helpers can be a supplement to existing efforts across the city. See below for the application. Applications must be submitted by February 5, 2016.
