Community College of Aurora Model UN Team Receives Honorable Mention Award at National Conference

For the 5th year in a row, the Model United Nations team from the Community College of Aurora “CCA” has won an award at the annual National Model United Nations Conference. More than 5,000 college students from 200 colleges around the world attended the 2019 National Model UN Conference. Fifteen students from CCA participated in the conference in New York this year and received an honorable mention award on March 28, 2019 for their representation of the country of North Macedonia. CCA was the only community college in the state to receive this honor. Aurora Sister Cities would like to congratulate the CCA Model UN team for their dedication to learning about diplomacy and international relations.
