Best Practices Exchange
An incredibly valuable outcome of sister and friendship city relationships are the exchanges of Best Practices between cities. Since 2015, Aurora Sister Cities has facilitated a number of Best Practices exchanges and programs. For example, in 2017, Aurora Sister Cities International facilitated a municipal exchange program between the City of Aurora and its partner city in Korea- Seongnam. Now, municipal employees travel to each city to share best practices and learn from one another.
Business & Trade Programming
Aurora Sister Cities International partners closely with the city of Aurora to host and lead municipal and trade delegations between our sister cities with the goal of fostering deeper municipal and business relations.
