Did you know that May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month? The Asian Pacific Development Center (APDC) encourages the community to celebrate this month as it honors trailblazers that profoundly impacted our communities through their strength, courage, and ability to see a brighter future. APDC’s own story is centered around a collective group of visionary leaders who knew that communities thrive with the right elements – empowering local leaders in mental health field, listening to community needs, and creating solutions and space for our community to heal and grow. Almost 40 year later, APDC continues to be a leader in health, education, and advocacy services.
