Between October 28 and November 18, eleven of our Global Youth Leaders are participating in an interactive virtual exchange with Korean youth. The virtual exchange is a collaboration between Aurora Sister Cities International and the Seongnam City Youth Foundation and is in its third year. The virtual exchange was created during the height of the COVID pandemic in order for both organizations to continue to meet their education and cultural exchange missions. This year, the program is focusing on engaging students in shared learning to create Korean cultural crafts, learn Korean cultural dances, and even engage in a Korean spicy noodle challenge.
