Join our ‘Get Ya Health Right Healing Circle’, where the transformative power of storytelling meets peer support to nurture mental health resilience. In this safe and nurturing space, we gather to share our unique life journeys, weaving a story circle that empowers us to heal and grow. By opening up and listening to one another, we harness the strength of shared experiences to boost mental well-being. Together, we find solace, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose on our paths to emotional wellness. Join us in this collective journey toward healthier, happier lives. The workshop will be facilitated with the Apprentice of Peace Youth Organization (www.aopyo.org). Topics you can expect are mental health resilience, coping skills and being overworked!
